Massa has an even, matte finish. The surface resists immediate spills, with the exception of liquids with high pigmentation. Immediate action must be taken to mop up liquid spills. Liquid marks will become harder to remove when left over a long period of time, especially around the bottom of glasses or vessels. Water marks are prone to appear. Blot with a clean, dry microfibre cloth to absorb as much liquid as possible. Avoid rubbing.
Organic marks may naturally appear on the leather’s surface and the finish may start to dull. These are common properties of aniline leathers.
Clean regularly with a dry microfibre cloth. To remove light soiling, mix a solution of equal parts distilled water and white vinegar in a bowl. Lightly dampen a microfibre cloth and blot the area. Do not soak the cloth. Do not rub. Do not steam. Do not use harsh chemicals or stiff brushes.
Apply a neutral leather conditioner regularly with a soft microfibre cloth to restore lustre and soften dried out areas. Buff out with a clean dry microfibre cloth. To prevent fading keep out of direct sunlight. Keep leather away from direct heat and air conditioning vents.
Professional cleaning advised.
Full aniline.
