RETURNS,FAULTS,DAMAGES & WARRANTY

All pre-launch pieces are made to order and are therefore non refundable or eligible for exchanges. The purchase warranty covers the first year of use, excluding accidental damage and misuse. Any manufacturer faults or damages that incur due to construction or delivery will be rectified by a client care executive.

Fabrics and leathers are excluded from the warranty. If the fabric or leather in which the item is upholstered sustains soiling, staining, dulling, bruising, pilling or any general change in appearance or texture, this is considered ‘wear’ and therefore falls outside of the warranty. Please read the fabric and leather care guides on each product page and review our terms and conditions.
